Announcement: Given the social and community aspect of our shop, we have taken the decision to make Saturday 21st March the last day we will be opening our physical premises to the public until further notice. However, DO NOT DESPAIR!! Dan, Pops and I will still be in the shop sorting your online orders, Facebook Live storytime at 1pm & 5pm every day, cleaning, offering recommendations and delivering books and bookpacks. You’re also very welcome to let us know your order and do a drive by pick up. If you have National Book Tokens or Bookbugs Gift Vouchers you can still use them – just email your order and the long number to us. Orders can be taken through our online shop, via email at email@example.com or by calling 01603 964022 or 07908 462149. Feel free to use this number if you just need a chat as well! We cannot thank you enough for your continued support and will miss seeing our lovely new friends’ faces every day. When this is all over we will have a bloody great big party and you’re all invited!!! Stay safe and be kind. Big Bookbugs Love, Leanne & Dan xxx
Welcome to Bookbugs & Dragon Tales, an Independent Children’s Bookshop in the centre of Norwich, specialising in books and events for the young and the young at heart.
We are more than just a bookshop! Enjoy a coffee and some cake while you browse our huge selection of curated titles and take part in some of our amazing hands on activities to bring books to life.
Look out for Author Events, Little Dragons Drama Class, Babybugs Bounce & Rhyme, Storytime, Grown Up Bookclub, Baby Signing, Tuesday Art, Mindfulness, Creative Writing, Inclusive Play, Sunday Sessions, Book Clubs, Craft Workshops, Bedtime Stories and much, much more!
Our physical premises are now open! However feel free to peruse our online shop too. It mostly reflects what’s in the shop but we can order any book in print for pickup next day in store or we can ship anywhere in the world for very little postage (Maximum £3, USA often only £1). Send your long lost Australian relatives your favourite book!
